Yes, you may add an additional driver to your rental agreement. This must be done at the time of rental. The additional driver must present a valid driving license at the time of rent. You can also add an additional driver to your rental agreement during your rental. To do this the driver and the additional driver can visit any Paros Rental location. The additional driver must present a valid driving license and must comply with age restrictions.

The first additional driver is free. For any other additional driver, the daily cost is €3
To confirm the reservation as well as to secure the vehicle and the price, a 10% deposit is required.
Yes. With a report from the police
Start by filling in the required information in the “Make a Reservation” box found on the home page. These are:
• Pick-up and return date and time.
• The pick-up location. If the return location is different, please select the “I am returning this vehicle to a different location” tick box.
• The type of vehicle you’d like to rent.
On the second step:
Upon successful completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email on the address you provided during your reservation.
After that, your reservation is valid and confirmed.
You can either choose to prepay the cost of your online reservation to deposit, or pay at location.
You can prepay or deposit the cost of your reservation, by using your credit or debit card.
*Alternatively, you can choose to pay at the location, upon the delivery of your car from the location you chose during the reservation process.
We make sure that you get the exact model you asked for and not just a similar one.
The minimum period for a rental is 30 minutes and the maximum is 30 days.
Upon successful completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email on the address you provided during your reservation.
You can change your reservation’s pick up and drop off date, time and location, up to 2 hours before the pick-up time you have put on your reservation. To make a modification in your reservation, click on the “change reservation” tab, found in the reservation box on the homepage and insert the reservation’s reference code (e.g. ABCD01012001) and the email.
Please note that changes to the reservation are subject to a recalculation of the reservation’s cost, based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made.
In case you do not show-up on the pick-up time that you provided during your reservation, with no prior written notification, Chaniotis Paros Rentals has the right to cancel your booking after the end of a 29 minutes grace period and charge a no-show fee.
For prepaid reservations, your card will be refunded the amount of the reservation deducted by the no-show fee, of 100%.
For pay at location reservations, your card will be charged the amount of 10%.
In both cases, the refund will be completed within two (2) working days.
Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode is an additional security layer based on the 3D Secure protocol aiming to reduce the risk of unauthorized card use, by certifying the cardholder when conducting an online transaction through filling in the personal security password you entered during your card registration process. Your total rental rate is calculated based on the information provided at time of booking. Quoted total rate will include any extras you select during the booking process. Our counter agents will review all charges with you to ensure that your total charges meet with your approval when you pick up your car.

In order to take the vehicle to another island, you need written permission from Chaniotis Paros Rentals. You should be aware of the fact that during sea transport, the company does not cover you for damage or loss of the vehicle.

Our vehicles are ready to rent once they have successfully passed all the preparation checks. During your rental and according to the mileage run, you will be required to perform customary inspections (oil level, tyre pressure …) in accordance with reasonable and prudent use. You should stay alert for any signal from the warning lights on the vehicle’s dashboard and take any necessary protective action. ► We accept any cancellation up to 4 days before your booking with no charge.
► Any cancellation that takes place less than 4 days away from your booking date you will get charged 50% of your total cost.
► For no-show or cancellations up to 48 hours before your arrival time, we don’t refund your money back.
